The Team Member widget provides a comprehensive overview of all existing team members associated with your booking, allowing you to easily manage and update team member details from a centralised dashboard.

1 - Navigate to the Team Members Section:
  • Locate the “Team Member” widget on your dashboard.
  • Click on the widget to access the Team Members section.
2 - View Existing Team Members:
  • Here, you’ll find a list of all existing team members associated with your membership.
  • Details such as names, roles, and contact information will be displayed.
3 - Add or Manage Team Members:
  • Here, you’ll find a list of all existing team members associated with your membership.

Invoices

Explore Invoices:

The Invoice section offers members a detailed summary of their plan details, including a comprehensive list of invoices with their current status, a breakdown of any extra purchases made, and a clear view of remaining balances, providing a transparent and organised overview of their financial transactions within the coworking space.

1 - Navigate to the Invoices Section:
  • Click on Outstanding Invoices Widget.
  • Instantly access a detailed summary of your plan details, extra purchases, and remaining balances.
2 - Review Invoice Details:
  • View a comprehensive list of invoices, each displaying its current status.
  • Check your plan details, extra purchases, and easily understand remaining balances.
3 - Take Action as Needed:
  • Address any outstanding invoices promptly paying in the Invoices Section.
  • Gain clarity on your financial transactions, ensuring a transparent and organised overview of your coworking space usage.

Discover Membership Insights:

The “Memberships” widget offers instant insights into your team member count and utilisation. To accommodate more members, simply click “Request More” without the need to fill out a form, ensuring a seamless expansion experience.
