The Visitors Section is a dedicated space in Beyond by Perch designed to showcase non-membership required visitors, including day pass users and meeting room bookers.

It provides the flexibility to add visitors manually or automatically capture online bookings, streamlining daily forecasting and simplifying the management of non-member visits.

Explore Visitors Section:

In the Visitors Section, users gain insight into non-member day pass and meeting room bookings.
Beyond Workspace Management Software (WMS) users can efficiently add, edit or view reservations made through the booking engine, and assign desks in the selected coworking area or meeting room.

How to use the Visitors section?

Manually Adding Bookings: (Day Pass)
  • Navigate to the “Visitors” Section, and click on the ”Add a Visitor” button located in the right top corner.
  • Fill in the booking details, save and assign available desks manually.
  • Once done, availability should be automatically updated in the booking engine.
Manually Adding Bookings: (Meeting Rooms)
  • Navigate to the “Visitors” Section, and click on the ”Add a Visitor” button located in the right top corner.
  • Fill in the booking details, save and assign available meeting rooms manually.
  • Once done, availability should be automatically updated in the booking engine.
Day Pass Bookings: (Online)
  • Based on the availability, visitors can book day pass bookings thru booking engine.
  • Online bookings should be reflected in the Visitors section with booking details.
  • You can assign a desk, check in/out in timely manner. The availability will be auto-updated.
Meeting Room Bookings: (Online)
  • Based on the availability, visitor can secure their meeting room bookings
  • Meeting room bookings should be reflected in the visitors section with booking details. 
  • Meeting room will be automatically assigned in booking process. All you need to do is Check In.
