Perch terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Coworking Nomads Ltd (trading as “Perch”) and you, the workspace provider (“Host Workspace”), governing your use of the Perch platform. By registering and listing your workspace on Perch, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
Company Information
Perch is operated by Coworking Nomads Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 11497349), with its principal office located at 10 Wilberforce St, Hull HU3 2JR, United Kingdom.
Acceptance of Terms and Modifications
By listing your workspace on Perch, you accept these T&Cs.
These T&Cs remain in effect as long as your workspace is listed on Perch.
Perch reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. You will be notified of any material changes 30 days before they come into effect. Continued use of Perch following such changes signifies your acceptance.
Host Workspace Obligations
As a Host Workspace, you agree to:
– Provide accurate, up-to-date information about your workspace and its availability.
– Honour bookings made through Perch in accordance with the availability and terms you’ve provided.
– Regularly update your availability to prevent overbookings or cancellations.
– Ensure compliance with all applicable local laws, including health, safety and insurance requirements.
– Respond promptly to booking requests and customer inquiries.
– Maintain your workspace in the condition described in your listing.
Failure to meet these obligations may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
Booking Fees and Payment
Perch charges a commission of 10% on bookings facilitated through the platform. This commission will be deducted at the time of the booking and the remaining balance will be transferred to you within 30 days after the guest’s check-in.
In case of a dispute, funds may be withheld pending resolution.
Cancellations and Refunds
You are responsible for updating your workspace availability to reflect real-time bookings. If you must cancel a booking, you are required to notify the Booker immediately. Repeated cancellations or failure to honour bookings may result in penalties or removal from the platform.
For Bookers, cancellation policies must be clearly stated in your listing. Refunds for cancelled bookings will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy you provide.
Liability and Disclaimers
You are responsible for ensuring that your workspace listing is accurate and up to date and that the services advertised are provided to Bookers.
Perch acts solely as a booking facilitator and is not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses related to workspace operations, booking cancellations or third-party interactions.
Perch shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or any bookings made.
Termination
Perch reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if:
– You violate these T&Cs.
– You fail to provide the services as advertised.
– You engage in conduct that could harm Perch’s reputation or users.
If your account is terminated, all future bookings will be cancelled, refunded and you will no longer be able to access the platform.
Data Protection and Privacy
Perch uses HubSpot CRM and Mailchimp for communication and marketing purposes. By signing up, you consent to receiving emails and other communications regarding your account and promotions. You may adjust your email preferences or unsubscribe at any time.
Perch handles personal data in accordance with its [Privacy Policy].
Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
Force Majeure
Perch is not liable for failure to perform any obligation under these T&Cs due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, acts of war, pandemics or other unforeseeable circumstances.

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Coworking Nomads Ltd (trading as “Perch”) and you, the user (“Member” or “Booker”), governing your use of the Perch platform. By creating an account or making a booking through Perch, you agree to the terms outlined below.
User Responsibilities
By using the Perch platform, you agree to:
– Only use Perch for legitimate booking purposes.
– Provide accurate and up-to-date personal and payment details.
– Comply with the rules and regulations of any workspace booked through Perch.
– Refrain from any illegal or inappropriate conduct on the platform or in workspaces.
Booking and Cancellations
When booking a workspace through Perch, you agree to the pricing, availability and cancellation policies set by the Host Workspace.
If you cancel a booking, you may be subject to cancellation fees in line with the Host Workspace’s policy. Refunds will be processed according to the terms outlined in the workspace’s listing.
Availability and Platform Use
While Perch aims to provide continuous access to the platform, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Perch will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from platform downtime or workspace booking cancellations by third-party providers.
Third-Party Workspaces
The workspaces listed on Perch are managed by third-party providers. Perch does not guarantee the accuracy of the listings and is not liable for any issues related to the condition, services or availability of the workspace. You are encouraged to verify workspace details before making a booking.
Liability and Disclaimers
Perch acts solely as an intermediary between Bookers and Host Workspaces. Any disputes, losses or issues relating to the workspace, including the quality of service or cancellation of bookings, should be resolved directly with the Host Workspace.
Perch shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
